You must complete your health check before applying for your ARC. Results can take several days to process.
Original passport for identification

Cards aren't accepted at immigration. Bring exact cash.
Criminal Check: 15 Days Only
Get this last due to short validity. Time it with Education Office visit.
Keep Envelope Sealed
Submit health results in sealed envelope. Don't open it!
Health checks must be done at Ministry of Justice designated hospitals only. Check the official list.
