Getting Around Korea: Public Transportation Complete Guide
Korea has one of the world's best public transit systems. Get a T-money card (2,500 KRW at any convenience store) for subway (1,400 KRW base fare) and buses (1,200 KRW base fare). Seoul's subway runs 5:30 AM to midnight. For intercity travel, use the KTX high-speed train (Seoul to Busan in 2.5 hours, ~59,800 KRW).
